Job Title :Java/Websphere Process Server Lead Location : Milwaukee, WI Duration : 6+ Month Contract Experience with IBM's WebSphere Process Server, WebSphere Business Modeler, and WebSphere Business Monitor are required. Seeking an individual with technology expertise including IBM's WebSphere Process Server, WebSphere Business Modeler, and WebSphere Business Monitor (required). Technology expertise with Java and the WebSphere J2EE environment (desired). Will identify, define and model technical application requirements, data structure definitions and distribution to satisfy the application solution. This includes the definition of physical program units and data structures based on the logical model to satisfy the requirements of the application. Develops and enhances logical and physical system blueprints and technical proofs of concept and/or prototypes and frameworks, services and other system components. Required Skills/Experience: Eight or more years of diverse experience in information technology across multiple systems, hardware and software platforms. Experience estimating, delivering and managing in a lead role on project efforts. Experience in designing and implementing n-tier systems using architectural abstractions and design patterns. Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated through the communication, authoring and publishing of quality technical documentation.
