Location: PA/NJ/CA
Duration:6- 12 M
Must have 8+ years of experience
*Position 1: Senior SW engineer*
Work with top-notch software architects and expert
developers to design solutions that span the full scope and variety of
software functional areas.
Develop, test, debug, and maintain real-time embedded
systems software that enables new features and functionality on the
platform.
*Requirement *
8+ years of experience working on multimedia or embedded
systems
BS in CS or equivalent is a must, MS is preferred
Excellent C++ skills
Strong object oriented design skills
Exceptional ability to analyze, debug and resolve tough
technical issues
Experience in a Linux/Unix development and build environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with
collaborative and product-focused attitude
Strong ability to learn new technologies in a short time
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Not required, but nice to have:
Experience with, multi-threaded applications running on
platforms with memory and performance constraints.
Experience in designing and developing embedded software
products for the Cable, Satellite, or DVB set-top box marketplace
Exposure to high-level User Interface concepts
