Location: McLean, VA (right outside Washington DC) Duration : 3-6 months plus extensions *Note*: This person must be VERY TECHNICAL and they highly prefer previous Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Sallie Mae, of Ginnie Mae experience. At the very least, this person should have previous mortgage industry experience.Projec:Modern Access Control: Oracle Identity Management (OIM) Project. OIM project will retire the current ISR System here at FreddieMacand put the necessary controls in place tofully automate user access to application, systems and platforms. *BTI: Modern Access Control* statemen :Technology Services is looking for a Business Analyst to manage the developed of requirements for a large Information Security Project. The BA is responsible for ensuring that the business process is understood and documented based on the business need and requirements are developed and traced through out the lifecycle. They are also responsible for the deliverable of all artifacts as it pertains to the methodology and that they meet all quality controls reviews. *Skill: Mgmt/Lead* Manage complex infrastructure initiatives (small to medium sized projects and/or portions of large cross partner/departmental projects) and implementation of systems for new products or processes or for the enhancement of current products or processes. Lead complex data collection and analysis activities. Engage in data modeling and research alternatives for the development of business requirements. Analyze business needs and requirements for proposed new business products or processes. Lead conflict resolution and facilitate decision-making. Develop and maintain information and documentation related to developing and modifying business processes and systems. Develop and enhance systems by bringing specific business knowledge to the technical design process. Review system documentation to identify how a system might impact the business application's systems. Interview users to determine their needs. Research processes and compose/write business requirements. Identify and resolve procedural and process problems with applicable business areas. Escalate issues as necessary and facilitate resolution. Develop business and technical subject matter expertise on business applications systems. Address requests from end-users/customers regarding system hotlines, issues and adhoc reports. Prepare and maintain system documentation in accordance with business requirements. Prepare detailed system test cases that adequately represent the business application's needs. Communicate with and coordinate efforts among various team members. Support data conversion activities and assist in the resolution of conversion issues. Interface with ISS to identify business requirements specific to a business product/process and translate the business application's needs into systems requirements. Serve as a link between the business user and members of the technical support team.
