*Position: Business Systems Analyst - Hyperion Enterprise Administrator Location: Troy, MI Duration: 9.5 Months (Contract) Rate: Negotiable* *Job Description: * - Requirements: BA\BS in Information Systems or Accounting is preferred. Minimum of eight years of experience in the following areas: Finance/Accounting/Audit/Corporate Accounting or Business Intelligence Systems experience. - Five plus years of experience as a Hyperion Administrator working with Hyperion Enterprise 6.4.1.1, Hyperion Reporting 6.4.1.1, Hyperion FDM 9.3 and Essbase 5.7+. Experience with Hyperion HFM 11.1+ considered a plus. - Work experience can be from the Finance or Information Systems (IS) functional perspective as long as skills include all core Modules of Hyperion Enterprise. - Strong MS Office 2003+ skill set including familiarity with Hyperion Excel Retrieve. System Admin experience with Windows Server 2003+, Citrix Presentation Server 4.0+ and MS SQL Server 2000+. - Business Personality/Style: For this key position we want an experienced team member with solid experience in accounting information systems and who has already worked in an international environment with international accounting standards. He or she should be pragmatic and able to think and operate inter-departmentally and not lose sight of priorities in the hectic of day-to-day operations. - A high level of communicative skills, the ability to persuade and self-assertion are expected as well as the ability to work under pressure analytically and systematically. Quick comprehension, thinking in terms of the big picture and organizing skills are essential as well as the ability to integrate and get along with people of differing mentalities. - A straight forward working style is essential in addition to self-motivation, problem solving abilities, team spirit and a “hands on” mentality. - Responsibilities: Maintain Hyperion Enterprise 6.4.1.1 applications including External Reporting and performance management applications. This includes the ability to manage security administration, organization structures, Chart of Accounts, and Formula Logic and Reports. Candidate will maintain production and test instances of all Hyperion Enterprise, Hyperion Essbase and Hyperion FDM application. - Maintain all Change Control and SOX audit documentation. Support quarterly SOX audits, Internal Audits, External Audits and IRS Audits. - Provide Finance end user support for the Citrix Presentation Server client connections and use of the listed Hyperion suite of applications.
