This is a small IT team where each individual plays an important role in support of the systems for Retail. 2. You will have an opportunity to be versatile in your day to day work. 3. We have projects planned, projects that are starting, projects in progress, and systems in maintenance. 4. The Programmer/Analyst will work with the current Business Systems Analyst and IT Enterprise groups to learn and support the Retail Marketing applications and the integration between other applications. 5. This position requires an individual that is detailed oriented and desires to understand the Retail business and how technology can improve the performance of Dominion Retail. 6. The qualified candidate should be comfortable working within a multitasking, in-house development environment. 7. The ability and desire to troubleshoot in-house developed software, as well as to develop new software is important. 8. Excellent organizational & communication skills are required. 9.
