*Position Summary* The Business Systems Technical Analyst will be responsible for developing processes and solutions by gathering and analyzing a client’s business processes and requirements related to Enterprise Content Management Solutions (Documentum). The selected candidate should have strong knowledge of EMC Documentum product architecture and thorough understanding of the capabilities and features offered by Documentum Digital Management Product Suite. * Requirements: * Candidate should also have experience in the use of digital creative products like InDesign, Photoshop etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed as this individual will have a significant amount of interaction with the business users. The position will also coordinate and participate in the analysis of revisions, changes, enhancements, testing, documentation and communication of application enhancements and training. Plan, conduct, document, and direct the analysis of complex business problems and processes. Devise feasible technical solutions for complex business problems using insight and creativity in evaluating alternatives. Translate business requirements into testable and verifiable functional system requirements. Drive and own the conceptual design; review the User (business) Requirements Specification (URS) for completeness. Identify and/or verify corresponding architecture requirements as part of the Functional Requirements Specification (FRS). Develop and implement technical process flows. Meet with the business subject matter experts to ensure requirements meet expectations. Work with non-technical business users and technical leads to define requirements and decompose high level ideas into detailed components. Contribute to all phases of the business process and technology deployment life cycle, including business process design and requirements identification, functional analysis and design, development, quality assurance, training program design and delivery, and user acceptance activities. Interact with end users to gather business requirements and information and transcribe them into technical requirements for Documentum and Digital Asset Management technologies for the development team. Technical know-how of Documentum products with an in-depth understanding of Digital Management Technologies. Should have experience with Content Management (Documentum) solution design. Should be capable of identifying technical solutions and proposing technical alternatives to business needs. Learn, test, and challenge software development products and interface with technical staff to document concepts, procedures, and reference materials as well as create examples and index the material he/she writes. Assist in testing the application to ensure that it meets all functional requirements (traceability).
