*Description:* There is a need for a resource to help analyze business requirements, configure business solutions, execute test plans and resolve system issues for the SAP ERP-HR modules. A broad understanding of all ERP-HR configuration components (OM, PA, and Time) is desired. A strong technical understanding of payroll configuration and the payroll schema is preferred to ensure overall system support activities. This request is to support all SAP related work efforts to meet business requirements. Assignments will include configuration to support payroll processing and payroll related infotypes, and required updates to Consumers’ payroll schema; assisting in the review, testing and implementation of SAP HRSPs through the Development and QA environments; running complete payrolls in our test environments to support specific team assignments; supporting year-end payroll processing and configuration updates; and assisting in full system regression test cycles (including payroll executions through Finance posting and third party remittance, and generation of pay statements and W2s) to support the project effort of upgrading to Enhancement Pack 5. Assignments may also include work on Consumers’ custom interface and enhancement objects that are related to the payroll business function. *Role:* Work will be full time at 40 hours a week with the possibility of overtime should it be required. Work will be completed on-site. Review SAP HRSP/EA HRSP notes for system impact and test case creation. Perform necessary test data set-up, execute tests, document and validate test results. Identify, research, resolve and retest defects as necessary. Analysis, configuration, and testing related to support other related initiatives. Partner with the business as necessary to understand specific context for Consumers Energy.
