We need UNIX ADMIN With NETWORK Experience for our client in Bloomington, IL Skill: Unix admin with Network Total : 2 Role : Network - TA Level : Senior Location : Bloomington, IL Primary Skills : This opening is for a Network Automation Analyst. To be successful in this role you need to have a background in NMS support, networking, scripting and Unix/Linux. Our analysts are called upon to maintain a highly automated environment in one of the largest private networks in the country. We are a small team of talented individuals who can work independently to create solutions for our customers. PAR information: Required Technical Skills: . Perl/PHP . JavaScript . Oracle/MySql . Shell scripting . Network management experience Preferred Technical Skills: . Unix/Linux administration experience . Networking protocols : TCP/IP, UDP, SNMP, CDP, STP, NetFlow, DNS, DHCP, SSH, BGP, OSPF . Network configuration experience : Cisco primarily . Experience with NMS systems : Nagios, OpenNMS, eHealth, Infovista, Smarts, NetQoS, Openview, etc Individual needs to have the following competencies: . Excellent communication and written skills . Team work . Technical knowledge . Ability to quickly learn new technologies . Ability to work independently on matters of moderate to high complexity and importance with only broad direction .
