Administer and support SAN fabrics, EMC and/or Net Apps and disk arrays. Expand your skills in backup infrastructure, NetBackup and Enterprise Data Storage. Provides day to day support and operations with Tape Backups, and Storage Operations Follows technical procedures to maintain or expand service levels. Work with other Storage Engineers and Server Administrators to translate business requirements into infrastructure requirements Participate in medium to large business projects Performs system maintenance as assigned coordinating with the business for the appropriate maintenance window. Provides support for incident and problem resolution. Initiates interaction with established vendors *Qualifications / Required Skills:* Completion of Associates degree in MIS, CS, Technical Certification and / or 4 - 6 years of increasingly responsible professional experience. Systems Administration experience Requires basic knowledge of networking components and services such as TCP/IP protocols, DHCP and DNS technologies, and LAN/WAN topologies and transports - Requires basic knowledge of SAN technologies, NAS technologies.
