Requirements could look like: .To develop the perfect forecasting predictive model .PhD level people who can program any model from scratch whether it be linear algebra, vector calculations or matrix calculations. . Candidates must have a statistical mind to model and to do data manipulation. . Desire staffing model where one analyst is on-site and others work remote. . On-site person needs to be highly technical but have basic business knowledge. Projects consist of: 1) Building a MAP (Micro Merchandising for Automotive Products) where the data source is our parts look-up data. Today the system focuses on warranty and historical sales.
