Understanding of commonly used techniques to elicit requirements, along with the ability to select the appropriate techniques for a given situation. *Preferred**: *Seven or more years in a systems development or business related environment. Prior experience with Mortgage Insurance or financial business applications. Prior experience in a global business environment and/or international communication skills. Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus. Project or team leadership experience Experience using RUP work products to document requirements, including: Vision, Use Case Model, Use Case Specification, Supplementary Specification, Storyboard, Glossary, and Requirements Management Plan.
