They will provide coding direction to less experienced staff or develop highly complex code. Candidates will be acting as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts. They will verify program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs. Candidates will oversee overall systems testing and the migration of platforms and applications to production. They will develop new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides. This candidate will also be responsible for leading projects, allocating and managing resources and manage the work of less experienced staff.
