Ø Monitoring servers using Microsoft Operations Manager for high availability and addressing alert events Ø Maintaining hardware health, troubleshooting and vendor coordination when required Ø Install, configure and support of Microsoft Cluster server, network load balancing server Ø Provide Net Backup support as required to ensure that all server and storage are backed up per standards. Backup restoration support Ø Develop and maintain documentation on server, storage and backup environment Ø Install and maintain patches and antivirus software as required to meet standards Ø Interface with various vendors and support groups on standards, Best Known Methods and the resolution of problematic issues.
