Candidate should be proficient in communication skills. . Should have a thorough knowledge in networking concepts and routing protocols like BGP, EIGRP, OSPF and other LAN/WAN technologies. . Candidate will have to work on L1 escalated tickets/issues. . CCNP is a must. . Any other Cisco certification would be an added advantage. . Should possess good troubleshooting skills in network issues. . Should have hands-on exposure in Cisco routers and switches. . Should have good concepts on MPLS and other WAN technologies. . Should have experience in installation and deployment of Cisco devices in customer sites and data centers. . Candidate should be good in customer handling in escalated issues. .
