Assist project leaders by scoping the proposed solution leading to accurate
cost and time estimates.
Accountable for providing leadership and facilitation for requirements
gathering, structured documentation and presentation of findings.
Configure ORACLE Applications 11i for HRMS, Payroll, Compensation,
Performance Appraisals, Benefits, Hourly timekeeping, Security, On-line
training, Travel,

Corporate events, Recruiting, and database interfaces within the HR business
process.
Assist with security, ORACLE responsibilities, alerts, workflow approvals,
reporting and system privileges. RMS

*MUST Have:*
Experience with customizing Oracle Self-Service (Java/Java Script).
Should have knoledge of implementing consolidated HR in 11i.
Responsible for identifying and analyzing non-functional requirements such
as system performance, usability, reliability, adaptability, security,
legal, compliance and other operational aspects.
Support all ORACLE Applications patching, upgrades and maintenance
activities by testing and troubleshooting functional issues.
Lead functional acceptance testing of enhancements, patches and upgrades.
Perform Tier II system troubleshooting in a production support environment
for the ORACLE Financials application modules.
Assist users in solving both functional and system issues within agreed-to
service level agreements (SLAs).
Provide end-user instruction, training and support to resolve application
issues. Initiates and manages to resolution all ORACLE Service Requests
(SR's) that impact any Human Resource related functionality.
Lead system enhancements initiatives by designing and formulating solutions.

Act as the liaison between the business and the technical team members
through the solution delivery process.
Facilitates: JAD sessions, Conference Room Pilots, (CRP)business
requirements analysis, gap analysis, user acceptance testing, and
cost/benefit analysis in an effort to guide information technology solutions
into alignment with the business unit they support.
Manage the development and maintenance of Business Process Documents such as
BR100 data configuration and setup, functional requirements, Gap Analysis,
Use Case Summaries and Interface Designs.
Monitor effectiveness of systems, policies and procedures and make
appropriate recommendations to ensure daily operations are efficient.
Provide strong leadership and organizational direction to ensure alignment
with departmental and corporate goals and objectives.
Maintains knowledge of applications and business area by attending seminars
and workshops as necessary.

*REQUIRED Minimum* of 3 years of HR experience, to include a working
understanding of all Human Resource Functional Service processes
(Employment, benefits, payroll, training and development, position
management, employee relations, comp & classifications)

*REQUIRED* 3-5 yrs experience with Oracle HRMS 11.5.x applications both
traditional and relational in design, as well as a functional understanding
of HR, Payroll, and Benefits interfaces
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, Information Technology or
related fields.
Business Analysis and Software Development Lifecycle experience
MS Office including Visio and MS Project
Oracle Tutor or UPK experience a plus
Requirements documentation tool experience a plus
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to plan accordingly for projects, resources, time allocations, etc.
Communication skills that can energize multi-disciplined work teams to
respond to business needs.
Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Ability to identify solutions, recognize the impact of alternatives, and
determine a solution which results in the optimum outcome for the business
unit
Must be able to manage resources, timelines, deliverables and expectations
for related projects.
Must be comfortable and good at interacting and communicating with all
levels inside and outside of the IT department.
