Skills: Advanced Certification in MicroStrategy version 8 and/or 9 (preferred in Version 9) 5 - 10 Years MicroStrategy Development Experience using Intelligence Server, Administrator, Architect, Web, and Narrowcast Server Strong Skills in MicroStrategy Schema Modeling Proven technical and developer experience in Data Warehousing, Analytics, Reporting Portal and Dashboard development and Scorecard methodologies Requires an architectural and functional understanding of information architecture, master data, data modeling and dimensions Hands on knowledge of Unix Scripting Extensively work with MicroStrategy Administration that includes Intelligence Server Administration, configuration of Memory settings, Performance Monitoring, Assigning Privileges and Job Monitoring etc. Experience configuring Enterprise Manager and Object Manager. Solid knowledge of MicroStrategy Web and Web Administration Adept in Dash Boarding & Documents, extensive work on panel stacks, widgets & customized the web Duties: Provide requirements analysis, design, and technical delivery of critical business reports, dashboards, and analytical tools using MicroStrategy 9.2 against a Teradata data warehouse Perform problem assessment, resolution and documentation for new and existing report objects Understand performance impacts of report design choices, and help implement MicroStrategy best practices across the reporting environment Complete data quality validation and user acceptance reviews with business users. Work closely with data warehouse teams to design and implement shared architecture Work closely with business users to verify data requirements and access needs.
