Job Title: Oracle Apps DBA Location: Pittsburgh, PA Duration: 36+ months * *Role Description: *The Database Administrator and Oracle Applications Database Administrator would need to have at least 5 years of experience. This Candidate will be an integral member of a team that supports the development and production environments for the Client ERP Project. The Candidate is responsible for all aspects of support for both the E-Business Application and Database. This support will involve patch application, cloning, general maintenance, upgrades, problem resolution and performance monitoring. This Candidate must be willing to relocate to Pittsburgh! Will also be required to participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24x7 support. *Years of Work Experience: *All levels of experience will be considered but must have hands-on work experience with the Oracle E-Business Application and Oracle Database Administration. *Technical Skills Required: *Oracle E-Business Application versions *12.0.6 or 12.1.2*. Application installation and patching including Patch Management experience. Runbook, Concurrent Manager, Forms and Report Server Administration. Environment Cloning. Proactive Monitoring and Tuning for both Application and Database. Backup and Recovery utilizing RMAN. RAC experience. UNIX skills including the development and maintenance of shell scripts. SQL Statement Optimization. Production Support Experience for the E-Business Application and Oracle Database. Excellent Trouble-shooting and problem resolution skills. Oracle Certifications.
