Experience in successfully applying agile/scrum methodology to develop and execute software test plans . Expertise in technical skills, including the ability to create, document and execute test strategies and test plans . Knowledge in Agile project management tools like Rally, HP Quality Center. . Experience in test automation tools . Experience in test planning, test execution, triage in Agile Scrum QA context . Strong verbal and written communication skills Total Experience Required 10+ Years Roles & Responsibilities The person working this position is expected to manage QA team, will participate with other members of the Scrum team (developers, application specialists, product owners, etc) to design and deliver value-added product releases. Also the person will participate in: - Designing and executing test plans, scenarios and scripts along with documenting software defects by using a bug tracking system and report the defects. - Using Scrum methodology and participating in all phases of the iterative process with monitoring bug resolution efforts and track successes.
