The area's focus is on common enterprise business capabilities including workflow, orchestrations, rules, document generation, and common enterprise services and components. We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as a UI/Web Service developer. Workflow is an integration point that blends TIBCO iProcess, orchestrations, rules, web services, and user interfaces into a fully automated business process. This position will leverage .Net experience to develop and implement web services and UIs that integrate with out enterprise automation workflow capabilities. Accountabilities will include working with business and IT teams to develop technical workflow solutions for business processes. Due to the high level of technical integration in our automated workflow solutions, the person in this position will be expected to follow standards established by Enterprise Architecture in such areas as Biztalk, Websphere MQ and iProcess. This person will be an integral member of the Workflow team taking technical direction from Unum's workflow architect. *Required Technical Skills**:* C# .Net ASP.Net Web Services Messaging Technologies XML/XSD Schema experience XSL TIBCO iProcess (desired, but not required. This is a plus but we will be providing training for any selected candidate who does not have these skills) Websphere MQ (desired, but not required) *Other Required Skills:* Analysis and problem solving Verbal and written communication and ability to tailor communications to a wide range of audiences and skill levels as needed. The area's focus is on common enterprise business capabilities as well as common enterprise components. We are currently seeking an individual to join out team as an Automated Rules Developer. Our current tool for automated rules is Tibco's iProcess Decisions (from Corticon). This role will include a combination of hands-on Automated Rules development and support. The position will provide an opportunity to apply expertise with the current tool supporting a variety of projects across the enterprise. This person will become a member of a centralized Center of Excellence technical team. *Must have Skills:* A solid generalist background on 3G and 4G distributed tools (some combination of SQL Server, .Net/C#, Biztalk) Experience with Service Oriented Architecture, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, and distributed architectures *General Skills Requirements:* Analysis and problem solving Ability to work with numerous and competing internal customers, eliciting needs, and setting and refining expectations Communication Skills, both formal and informal, and ability to tailor communications to a wide range of audiences and skill levels as needed Ability to create clear technical specifications from often less than clear business requirements.
