A Minimum of four (4) years experience as Programmer/Analyst II working on a medium to large scaled project comprised of sub-projects writing deliverables. 2. A minimum of two (2) years direct experience as Programmer/Analyst II working on writing user requirement deliverables for implementing a centralized server, web browser client system for over 500 users. 3. A minimum of two (2) years direct experience as a Programmer/Analyst II working on writing deliverables for a multi-year software development project of at least $1,000,000. Desirable Experience: 1. Minimum four (4) years experience with analysis and documentation of business systems or processes by describing all relevant factors including work flow processes, data input and output activities, descriptions of data elements, and overall program goals, objectives, and external considerations, such as federal and State legislative mandates. Experience should include the design, development, and administration web based systems to support IT applications. 2. Experience as a Programmer/Analyst II working on for a minimum of two (2) IT project(s) in New York State involving the integration of data between two or more state agencies To qualify, the project scope should have had a minimum budget and/or cost of at least $500,000. Candidates must indicate project value. 3. Direct experience working on a minimum of one (1) project involving the integration of data utilizing a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). To qualify, the project scope should have had a minimum budget and/or cost of at least $500,000. Candidates must indicate project value. 4. Minimum of four (4) years experience gathering, organizing, and performing preliminary analysis of information about costs/benefits, advantages/disadvantages, and technical feasibility of designing and implementing transaction based systems.
