Please reply me at: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Position : Reliability Engineer Location : North Minneapolis, Minnesota Duration : 8 Months Job Duties : Design history file review to collect, review, and update as necessary, risk assessment and Design FMEA documentation on existing market released devices, Confirm and document traceability between objective evidence documentation and MDD Conformity requirements., Confirm and document traceability between objective evidence documentation and EN IEC 60601-1 standard requirements and all relevant standards., Diagnostic and therapeutic medical devices and device programmers., Assure the timely, accurate and independent evaluation of product performance and safety prior to clinical studies or market release. ,Prepare, review and approve Qualification Test Plans and Reports for assigned projects., Assure the resolution of all issues raised by the testing., Prepare, review and approve Reliability Predictions for assigned projects., Review and approve changes to products in production for reliability impact to aid in the correction of process, design or materials problems., Support Materials Quality Engineering by providing reliability input in the evaluation of discrepant material and in the qualification of new material to assure that device reliability requirements are met. Skill Sets: Industry Experience: Greater than 5 Years Oral Communication: Excellent Reliability Engineering Experience: Greater than 5 Years Written Communication: Excellent Request Notes: This can be either a sr or prin reliability engineer. Class III medical device experience is required. Candidate would evaluate the reliability of changes made to product that improve effectiveness, reduce cost, or otherwise enhance product performance.
