Title : IT Analyst - Oracle C3 Systems (Inventory) Location : San Jose, CA Start Date : ASAP Duration : 6+ months Requirements: a.. IT Analysis experience with Oracle C3 Systems (Inventory module highly desirable) b.. Pervious exposure to service supply chain and serialization is preferred. c.. Business Analyst experience is preferred d.. Good communications skills (written/verbal) e.. Analytical skills and process-oriented f.. Ability to use MS office sweet including process mapping in Visio is useful Nice to have Previous Experience in Cisco C3 ERP environments would be useful Job Responsibilities a.. Analyze impact to business and systems of changing serialization attributes and customizations in the Oracle C3 Inventory Module. b.. Work cross-functionally with Technical Services Business and CA IT teams, as well as with the theatres and other organizations using C3. c.. Impact statement on Oracle C3 serial number field changes to WWRL/Demo Depot/TS theatre and country depots, etc (Q1) d.. Attend serial number brainstorming sessions and give IT Analyst input (Q1) e.. Attend team and stakeholder meetings. (Q1, Q2) f.. Review and recommend options for rolling out serial number control in Oracle C3 Inventory Module. (Q1) g.. Develop IT requirements (Q1,Q2) h.. Review IT development plan (Q2) i.. Perform misc. Business Analyst duties as required.
