Oracle Application System Administrator
Location : Jacksonville, FL
Duration : 6 Months
Essential Functions (Responsibilities)
* Code migration from DEV-QA-PROD using KINTANA workflows
* Application monitoring for performance using available tools
* Managing Application File Space issues and Database table space
issues
* Using Oracle Enterprise Manager to check form level, table locks or
any users
* Scheduling and monitoring critical concurrent requests
* Managing the Scheduled concurrent programs before and after patching
or for any outage.
* Create Alerts to monitor the APS plan process and the also the
schedule programs in ERP.
* Interaction with the DBA team while patching and also for the DB
performance issues, Printer, Workflow Mailer and network issues with the
Unix team and Network team.
* User, Menu and custom responsibilities management including Mass
Activating and Deactivating of the users when required
Qualifications/Requirements
* Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Oracle Applications 11i
* Hands-on working knowledge of System administration activities -
background workflows, flexfields, lists of values, programs, concurrent
manager, workflows, and User/Responsibility management
* Strongly self-driven and motivated to proactively monitor
application
* Ability to work and coordinate multiple teams to get things done

* Ability to work in a professional manner, be flexible, and handle
interactions with all levels of the organization and with external clients.
* Self-directed, organized, and motivated.
General
* Good written and verbal communications skills are required and
troubleshooting skills
* Excellent Team Player and customer interaction Skills

Siebel Administrator
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Duration: Long Term
Positions: 1
Job Description / Required Skills
* Should have led/managed at least 2 go-live cycles from Dev to Prod.
* Should have participated in the upgrade from Siebel 7x to 8x.
* Should have experience of solving production issues from the Admin
teams.
* Should be able to manage config changes in a release.
* Should manage the Change Control Calls.
* Plan/manage outages.
* Each of the resource will be leading a stack.
* Coordinate and work with the perf, testing and dev teams.
* Closely work with Offshore team
