This is an URGENT need **
We purchased a significant amount of Prodika's Product Lifecycle Management
("PLM") software prior to their purchase by Oracle, and are using it to run
parts of our supply chain. We are looking for a resource that has
experience with Prodika/Agile that can perform the following:** *
It consists of the following:
- Active *coordination and engagement management on a weekly basis,
including planning and requirements gathering of future projects.** *
- *Assistance with functional and technical documentation. *
- *On-going analysis and troubleshooting of the Agile PLM for Process
applications (formerly Prodika). *
- *On-going monitoring of performance, including emergency response. *
- *Maintaining the software release process, utilizing industry standards
and Oracle's methodology to deploy application fixes into your environments
(Dev, Test & Prod). *
- *Management of the upgrade process, including executing upgrade and
update scripts, support during testing and the promotion process across your
three environments. Upgrade deployments of new application releases
include: *
- *One (1) Major Application Release Upgrade (per year) *
- *One (1) Minor Application Release / Update (per year)*
