4. Should have architectural background and have done
architectural work for some of the components in the application
(2+yrs)
5. Should be able to work independently, detail oriented
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Should have been a Sr. Developer who can design framework
and has worked on building framework (2+yrs)
8. Knows SDLC and has been through the complete SDLC (Software
Development Life Cycle)
9. Ability to coach and mentor junior developers
10. Have working experience in dealing with Onsite and offshore
developers
Technical Skills - Required
1. Java/J2EE Sr. Developer (8-10 yrs)
2. Hands on development experience implementing major J2EE
design patterns (7+yrs)
3. Hands on development experience implementing webservices
using SOAP, XML over HTTP (5+yrs)
4. Hands on development experience implementing XML creation
and parsing (5+yrs)
5. Hands on development experience implementing technologies like
Hibernate (5+yrs)
6. Hands on development experience implementing JMS
technologies, IBM MQ, TIBCO or any other messaging infrastructure
(4+yrs)
7. Hands on development experience implementing major
framework like Struts, Spring (7yrs+)
8. Hands on development experience implementing SQL, SQL proc,
Oracle/Db2 databases (7+yrs)
9. Expert with SQL and Oracle/DB2 databases. Can write complex
SQL statements, do the performance tuning (7+yrs)
10. Sr. developer who has designed and architected applications
(5+yrs)
11. Hands on development experience working with application
servers like IBM Websphere, BEA Weblogic (7+yrs)
12. Experience working with source code repositories like CVS,
Clearcase (5yrs+)
13. Hands on development experience working on IDE like Eclipse
and/or RAD (7+yrs)
14. Experience utilizing Ant, Maven, Perl script for automating the
build and deployment of J2EE components (3yrs+)
15. Good understanding of SOA architecture
Nice to have or preferred
1. Working knowledge or programming on Websphere XD

3. Knowledge or implementation of Cash Management
