Title : Technical Configuration Analyst Lead
Duration : 3+months
Location : Wilmington, DE need local.
Rate : $40-42/hr
Job Description:
Chase Card Services IS organization is looking for a talented and highly
motivated individual for an experienced technical configuration analyst and
development position supporting the enterprise application for the call
center's credit card processing system and the business configuration process.
Cross functional skills in application development, database data management,
functional requirements gathering, version control, project management,
resource management, and problem solving are required. The system runs 24x7 and
supports 1000's of simultaneous users in a high volume and mission critical
environment across multiple call centers throughout the US and abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead resource team and technical implementation for the Chase Card
Services Call Center business configuration management process ("Table Update
Process"). The process consists of gathering business requirements,
understanding the functional need, and providing a solution to alter the CMS
application's configuration to meet the business need
· Manage and implement approximately 20 to 30 requests with 1 to 2
developers and 2 releases to QA and production per month
· Write high quality documentation, perform unit testing and adhere to
JPMC software development process
· Generate new ideas to simplify the Table Update business process and
provide technical solutions to automate repeated tasks and reduce the risk of
production issues
· Assist the team in supporting the application in QA and production
environments
Qualifications:
· Technical understanding of application development in C++ or VC++,
SQL and database data management, and 3 tier architecture (UI, Middleware,
Database)
· Understanding of and experience with full software development
lifecycle including functional & technical specification, documentation, QA
processes, source control, maintenance and deployments.
· Understanding of iterative SDLC (ie Agile Development Methodology)
· Specific experience with implementing an MVC architecture on a fat
client using the Microsoft.net Framework a plus
· Experience with Weblogic, EJB's, JDBC, and Oracle Database
· Hands on experience with version control and defect tracking systems.
· Extreme attention to detail required
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated
ability to lead others.
· Excellent background in quality assurance best practices
· Project and Resource management experience required
· Ability to work with large teams.
· 2 to 5 years experience required
· Degree in MIS or MSIS is a good fit
