Hi,
This is Bingi from Sriveninfosys inc,We have hot requirements on Data Analyst Please send me the updated resume of your consultant ASAP. Please Reply to [EMAIL PROTECTED] In-person interview needed after initial phone screen Some one from West side strongly preferred Position : Data Analyst Location : Calabasas, CA Duration : 4 - 6 + months Rate : $ 41/Hr Not Negotiable Short Description: Possibility for an extension Calabasas Complete Description: The Active Use initiative at IFID is focused on enhancing the user experience within these products in order to drive user through the Internet Banking registration experience and into active use of our Bill Payment features within Internet Banking. One way to understand the problem where people fall out of the process is to pull log information from our Internet Banking administrative platform and chart out where users fall out of the experience over time. We typically call this the "funnel" as it is a large group of people that enter the 1st screen of registration and typically a much smaller group of people that come out of the bottom of the funnel who are interacting with the product a few weeks later. By understanding where people fall out of the funnel, we understand where to focus our efforts on improving the user experience. This data contractor would be working on this project to pull and analyze the log data. This involves the following steps. - Learning what the user experience (screen flow) looks like and how that ties to the various logs that occur as a user clicks their way through the product - Learning the many customer configurations that our product has and figuring out which logs need to be pulled for a given customer to chart the user experience for that customer (bank or credit union) - Entering the Administrative platform and pulling the logs (flat file format) - Gathering the ~20 logs together in Excel, Access, or other data analysis software to define where people fall out of the process - Support a "Site Review" team that is experimenting with screen changes. This involves pulling before and after funnels to understand the impact of the Site Review changes. Key skills those are required. - Deep experience with and general speed with Excell and/or Access: The data admin must be able to leverage an expansive toolkit of functions within these programs to be successful in creating meaningful analysis quickly. - Logic and critical reasoning skills: There is a constant supply of counter examples and strange data anomalies. Each issue is the equivalent of a logic puzzle. The analyst must have an extremely strong level of intelligence and critical reasoning skill to figure out data/reporting issues on their own. - Data interpretation: The output of the analysis should be interpretation of what the data tells us and what we should do about it. It is important for the analyst to not just calculate 47%, but tell a story around why (and if) this is important and what we should to improve the metric based on the project goals. - 100% accuracy and self-QA: The output of the analyst often is put in front in front of customers with minimal QA from other team members. It is critical that they analyst have the detail orientation to find/solve their own errors. As a bonus, it would be great if this contractor could create Power Point slides summarizing the data at a very high level for use with executive facing presentations.
