Job Description & Required skills:
Need 7+ years of SAP Basis experience.
The primary role of the candidate will be: SAP CRM Basis Administration and
Management Support.
Responsible for Basis Support for global implementation of SAP CRM and ERP
modules including all aspects of SAP Basis Administration
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for blueprint, design, configuration and
implementation of the SAP CRM Solution
· Work closely with the SAP functional and development teams to
provide general technical support of the SAP CRM system
· Design and develop operating procedures for the SAP environment
· Perform the SAP system performance and capacity planning
· SAP and 3rd party tool system build and maintenance
· Tuning of the entire system landscape to ensure the optimal
performance including system, application monitoring, and troubleshooting.
· Perform middleware design and configuration of SAP and external
applications
· Resolution of remedy tickets and change requests
· Documentation of updates to Basis team policy and procedures
· Seven plus years of technical administration responsibility for
an SAP Netweaver application in a large company.
· Must have completed 2 implementations of SAP CRM.
· Knowledge of SAP CRM cross-functional integration points with
other modules (i.e. R/3, BW, Portals) is required.
· Must have strong hands-on knowledge of the entire SAP Netweaver
environment.
· College or Technical schooling in the Computer field
· Related SAP training
· SAP Basis or Technology Certification
· Weekend work and overtime may be required based on project
schedule or production issues
· On-Call Support: Requires support rotating on-call schedule
· Experience managing SAP Basis Support running on UNIX OS (AIX
5.3 preferred).
