Please Reply to [email protected] Position : Webhosting and Production Support Consultant Location : Beltsville, MD Duration : Long Term Rate : $33/hr Not Negotiable Description: Unique VzB Webhosting knowledge as related to all applications supported are desired but will train the right candidate. Four plus years of Special Webtool Skills, DSS OLAP CUBE expertise required. .Net technology, Middleware broker skills such as WebMethods (desired, will train if lacking). GUI, SQL, Oracle must have. Solid MS office skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Production ticket troubleshooting skills are also required. Primary need is the production support for CUF, CORD, MOP, DGXHLPDSK, DCSR, DCSP, DSSCUBES, WM, IFAM and HJ application the first and second level support of customers. Work closely with VzB hosting business units such as operations, logistics, provisioning and implementation teams located across several geographical locations to resolve application related issues and challenges in timely manner meeting established SLA's. Problems may lack precedent or standards and involve analysis of varied and sometimes conflicting data. Incumbent handles most problems and issues independently and determines course of action for ambiguous issues. After initial training receives minimal instructions on recurrent work assignments and only general instructions on new or more complex assignments. Decisions are made independently and affect the work of others. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, and 4+ years job related experience.
