Please reply me at: [email protected] Only Phone Hire Position : Technical and Marketing Support Representative Location : Portland, OR Duration : 12 months Rate : $40/hr Not Negotiable Responsibilities include: ICSP technical and marketing support engineer will be responsible for technical troubleshooting for ICSP operational processes, Intel platform technical certifications and all aspects of analyzing certification results. A training period of 1.5 months will be allocated to bring selected candidate up to speed. Helping customer/ISVs troubleshoot production processes Driving day to day needs of ICSP processes and/or workflows with customers Analyzing customer/ISV feedback on certification process and recommend solutions Performing and/or managing changes to ICSP and/or troubleshooting customer environment Managing Security and vulnerability analysis on results uploaded by customers Use knowledge from current certification tracks to prepare for support of future certification tracks Responding to customer and/or client requests or events as they occur Developing solutions to problems utilizing knowledge gained from customer feedback and hands on experience Required Skills: Should have 3-5 years experience - Communications and/or Customer Support Desk.
