Required skills: *Bachelor''''s Degree in Geography, Computer Science, or a related field. *Minimum 6 years experiences in data migration, integration and web-based application development using ORACLE APEX and other platforms. Strong proficiency in SDLC process such as authentication/authorization, version control, change management and production deployment and rollout are required. * Minimum 6 years experiences with hands on SQL and PL/SQL coding and tuning skills are required. * Minimum 4 years coding experiences in JavaScript and JAVA is required. * Data modeling skills are required. Experience working with hybrid and distributed databases environments, is a plus. * Strong ORACLE DBA knowledge and experience is preferred; experience in supporting other RDMS is helpful.
