Candidate should have a track record working on large software development, systems implementation, and systems integration projects. Must be able to establish and provide direction and raise the bar for his team in these key areas: (black belt experts). * Java * J2EE * PL/SQL * Web services * Integration/Sonic a plus * Test Driven Dev * Source Code * Auto Build Scope of Work: * Work closely with Integration team to refine SOA framework for applications integration and stability * Design and implementation of XML-based API * Participation in detailed reviews * Communication of deliverable status, technical issues, and results * Client facing position * Work with customers to understand and problem solve.
