The individual will be working in a rapid iterative development environment
(using an Agile/Scrum team approach) with particular emphasis on the
documentation of user stories and the support of iteration testing and
validation.
*MUST HAVE CLAIMS OPERATIONS EXPERIENCE*
Experience Needed:
· *3 – 5 years experience of health insurance claims operations,
with a solid understanding of claims adjudication software configuration *
· 3 – 5 years of requirements elicitation, analysis, specification,
verification, and management practices and the ability to apply them
· *3 –5 years of health care/health insurance domain knowledge* in
one or more of the following areas is a plus:
· Business Knowledge (Healthcare Insurance Subject Matter Experts),
· Claims,
· Member/Customer,
· Provider,
· Product,
· Sales and Broker Relations,
· Finance,
· Underwriting
· *1 -3 years working* with *distributed technical architectures*,
preferably Service Oriented Architectures *(SOA)*
· *1-2 years* working as a team member in a rapid iterative
development environment *(Agile/Scrum/Extreme Programming)*.
This skill is required for success in the role and
preference will be given to candidates with this experience
· *3-5 years* working in a *test-driven design environment*
