The ideal candidate should be versed in both interaction and visual design, and have the capabilities to bridge the gap between user requirements and web development. *The UX must have a solid understanding of web technologies and trends along with best of breed interface solutions to produce site maps, schematics, process maps, feature lists, mockups, visual specification, working prototypes and other artifacts to describe the intended user experience.* *Requirements:* 1. Must have 3-5 yrs exp developing functional information and navigation architecture to promote user's ability to navigate and find needed content and translating them into creative concepts and functional components including: a. Create sitemaps, wireframes, *roles, journeys *,storyboards, navigation prototypes, or other documentation as needed. b. Develop process flows for modules. c. Creating and documenting detailed design specifications for highly interactive interfaces. d. Deep understanding of user-centered interactive design philosophies and methodologies. e. Familiar with current web development technologies and standards, including but not limited to: (X) HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and Flash. 2. Must have exp performing user goal and task analyses to build personas, scenarios, requirements, and test scripts. 3. Work with internal teams of business owners, project managers, designers and developers to Refine & determine project goals (user needs, business needs, etc), and project constraints (technical, deadlines, etc). 4. Understand, apply, and promote usability standards and best practices. 5. Work effectively with Project Managers to meet expectations on time and on budget. 6. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 7. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator 8.
