Respond to Usability Support & Client Request Changes 4. Identify and Validate Errors/Bugs and work w/ Technologist 5. Identify and Process Resource Automation and Exception Reports 6. Maintain quality Support Procedures and Process 7. Identify, Develop and Maintain Help Desk Diagnostics 8. Process Impact Statements and What’s Changing Documents 9. Possesses an Awareness of Interface Impacts 10. Process and Communicate Client Requests (Structure Values, Reports, etc.) 11. Maintain quality Client Communications (Website, Emails, Updates, etc.) 12. Develop new custom table portlets 13. Coordinate and organize client requests.
