 This *is not a project manager* or assistant project manager position.

This *is not a technologist position*.

with each required skill and how they rate themselves on a scale of 1-5 is
desired *(1=weak, 3= average, 5=expert)*

 The person in this position will perform a variety of Planview
administration tasks such as, customer support, usability testing, customer
support (answer usability questions for users), create reports, create
training documents and participate in Planview version updates.

 *Required Skills:*

1. Plan View Usability Support

2. Customer Support experience

3. Application Support experience

4. A working knowledge of the Plan View System

5. Familiarity with Plan View Components and Functionality of the Tool

6. Knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in various PC Software
applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, Outlook,
Acrobat, FrontPage).

 *Tasks:*

1.   Establish and maintain Data Integrity and Standards within the Mass
Market System

2.   Review and Identify Plan View Administrative Processes for Refinement
and Improvements

3.   Respond to Usability Support & Client Request Changes

4.   Identify and Validate Errors/Bugs and work w/ Technologist

5.   Identify and Process Resource Automation and Exception Reports

6.   Maintain quality Support Procedures and Process

7.   Identify, Develop and Maintain Help Desk Diagnostics

8.   Process Impact Statements and What’s Changing Documents

9.   Possesses an Awareness of Interface Impacts

10. Process and Communicate Client Requests (Structure Values, Reports,
etc.)

11. Maintain quality Client Communications (Website, Emails, Updates, etc.)

12. Develop new custom table portlets

13. Coordinate and organize client requests.
