This candidate establishes, maintains, assesses and defines technical solutions for managing risk related to computer systems and applications. *Responsibilities:* 1. Leads technology application enhancements and design: - Participate in strategy development - Feedback from users is tracked as enhancements and responded to as appropriate - Develop documentation & training materials for users - Initiates and drives project strategy discussions to resolve issues - Perform UAT testing & document bugs - Demonstrates division-wide influence 2. Leads technology application Awareness and Training: - Communicate upcoming changes to users prior to all releases - Conduct training sessions prior to prod deployment of major releases 3. Leads the coordination of application Intake and Maintenance: - Work with business technical contacts - Perform annual reviews on business applications and databases - Communicate application and databases changes to users prior to releases - Provide metrics to track and monitor status of reviews 4. Influences business unit and systems support customers to implement and maintain security authorization policies on applications and databases: - Supports the implementation of new policies - Ensures the continued compliance of policies 5.
