*Title: **Sr. HP Quality Center Engineer (QA Admin)* *Duration: 6+ Months * *Location: Pittsburgh, PA* *Location:* *Anywhere inside the Continental United States. * * Ideally in the Pittsburgh region to be close to HQ, but not a requirement as this position is for a “road warrior,” commanding 75%-100% travel. * * * *Individuals MUST be located by any major US airport (for instance, Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, DC, Denver, Houston, Jersey City, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York City, Orlando, Phoenix, Tampa, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, and St. Louis).* * * *Experience:* *7 – 10 years* of hands-on, progressive experience as a *Quality Center Engineer*. * * *Technical Skills:* - HP Quality Center - HP Quick Test Professional - HP Business Process Testing and Service Test - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Ability to train and mentor others in functional testing and test management; formal training experience required. - BAC, Load Runner, Site Scope, PPMC (project portfolio management center) - Understanding of HP Software BTO Solutions and integration points - Expertise in using the HP Quick Test Professional and Quality Center testing tools in web, client/server database and ERP/CRM environments - Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Siebel, Oracle E-Business Suite or PeopleSoft. * * *Responsibilities:* - Provide advanced functional testing, automated testing and test management training and consulting services to Genilogix clients. - Provide training for HP Software including Quality Center, Quick Test Professional, Business Process Testing (BPT) and Service Test - Provide training and mentoring on Release Management, Requirements Management, Quality Assurance, Test Management, Test Automation and Defect Management. - Provide quality assurance, testing and best practice consulting services. - Provide guidance on HP Quality Center (QC) and Quick Test Professional (QTP) implementation and external product integrations. - Manage or perform Quality Center deployments and upgrades as well as QTP and BPT test automation consulting testing services. - Follow projects to completion, including all required documentation and reporting. *Preferred Skills:* - Consulting experience with multiple clients and technical environments - HP Certifications – AIS and/or ASE in Quality Center, Certified Instructor - Experience with HP Quality Center Administration, Migration, Customization and Dashboard - Experience defining and estimating service engagements - Ability to identify software and service opportunities - Project management skills and experience - Expertise in quality assurance and software development processes including waterfall, iterative waterfall, extreme programming and agile methodologies - Ability to manage projects and project teams composed of Genilogix and client resources including other client consultants - Experience and/or expertise with any other HP Software (Load Runner, Site Scope, BAC, Project & Portfolio Management Center).
