This is a strong development team in need of additional developers and always looking to improve development. The right candidate will be developing the user interface for an application based on ASP.NET MVC 3. Following the direction of Project and User Interface Leads, you will be responsible for creating appropriate application models, based on data accessible via WCF web services. You will also be rendering the necessary views and implementing the required user controls. While primarily an individual contributor, some portion of you time will be spent guiding and mentoring other members of the user interface team. About our client: Our client is an industry leader in the Las Vegas market. The development team is small which gives incoming developers a lot of opportunity to work on some great projects. The delivery of these projects requires quick turnaround times and quick fixes due to the nature of the business. If you have experience in a high pressure environment in addition to developing solutions that support a 24x7 business, you will be strongly considered. *REQUIRED: * 5+ years of development experience with demonstrable proficiency in building high-performance web applications. Recent development experience in .NET 4.0, C# 4.0, ASP.NET MVC 2. Ability to come up to speed quickly on the latest MVC 3 release. HTML 5 Experience Deep knowledge of client-side WCF 4.0 programming. Deep knowledge of object oriented design and programming (OOP) techniques. *PREFERRED: * Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Ability to take direction from and follow standards defined by development lead. Ability and willingness to lead and mentor other members of the development team.
