Responsibilities: * Must be a team lead and not just a developer. The lead will mentor jr. developers and lead the developers who are off-shore * To design and architect solutions in Java/J2EE to satisfy requirements presented by our customers * Produce design artifacts * Conduct Unit and Integrated Testing * Resolve defects during various phases of testing.
