Job Description/Scope of Work to Be Performed: Candidates will be required to help build out and support associated environments, including installation of Operating Systems, configuring logical volumes and file systems for use by Applications teams, and installation of varying applications based on business requirements. In addition, candidates will provide ongoing support for the environment including maintenance of the environment, and supporting the customers and applications teams. Skills Required: * RedHat Linux 5.x * HP Blades servers ( C7000 chassis BL460c) * HP standalone servers (DL380, etc...) * VMware * VCS 5.1 (VERITAS Cluster Server) * Filesystems/Volume Management (Both Linux LVM and VERITAS VM) * Ability to troubleshoot software/hardware issues * Experience in production 24/7 environments * Change Management experience Note - applies to all of our reks: All of our reks are from direct clients.
