Kindly go through the requirement and please send me if you have any consultants available to [email protected]. *Role: Sr. SAP ABAP Developer* Duration: 3 months contract to hire Location: Berwyn, PA *Need Face to Face interview after telephonic round.* *Need Green Card and US Citizens only* *Description:* We are currently looking for an SAP Developer that will be responsible for managing and delivering the interface design, development, and testing process between Vertex and SAP applications. To research, manage and plan the growth of the on-going technical landscape between SAP and Vertex. Ensure Vertex customers achieve successful implementation projects by delivering standard interfaces and client enhancements to satisfy their requirements. In this role, you will assume responsibility for: - Managing, delivering and developing tax interface products - Following methodologies to design, develop and test interfaces to SAP applications. - Maintaining ownership of interface knowledge and transfer to internal and external audiences. Documenting interface capabilities and limitations for Vertex knowledge base. - Maintaining and advancing existing relationships - Coordinate planning to understand and forecast functional and technical requirements over the life of an interface. Coordinate enhancements and new product requirements with appropriate Vertex entities. - Participating in solutions delivery process during consultative engagements by implementing Vertex systems and interfaces as well as specifications and code for client specific customizations or enhancements. - Providing 2nd level SAP tax interface support to Vertex Consulting, Customer Support and external consulting partners. - Supporting the Vertex Sales Department with pre-sales conference calls, technical support, demos, and other SAP technical specific requests as necessary. - SAP technical representative on Vertex product teams as needed. *Education & Training:* - Four year degree in Computer Science or equivalent. - SAP Technology Certifications or Credentials recommended. *Work Experience:* - 5+ years of SAP programming, testing and debugging required. - Proficiency in SAP design tools such as ABAP workbench. - Experience with SAP User Exits, BAdI’s and Data Dictionary. - Strong SD, MM, and FI experience, preferably in the tax area of at least one of these modules. - SAP CRM and SRM experience a plus. - Familiarity with Java and XML a plus. *Specialized Knowledge & Skills: * - Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, organizational, time management and presentation skills. - Working knowledge of Sales and Use Tax integrations SAP a plus. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Strong understanding of SAP business process flows - Adhere to an appropriate set of core values and beliefs during good times and bad. - Exercises independence and judgment in the completion of familiar tasks and seeks guidance when needed - Builds stable working relationships within the workgroup as well as with internal and/or external customers *Other Requirements* Travel required (approximately (20%) -- Best Regards Vijay Karthik *Marlabs* *Inc.** * Tel: 732.694.1000 X 1466 | eFax: 732.676.7992 | [email protected] www.marlabs.com | www.facebook.com/marlabsinc | www.twitter.com/marlabs | www.marlabsblogs.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "AJAX_Tools" group.
