Hallo, i really need help i'm stuck with the problem, that i want to get information per ajax to and back from my own webcontrol.
in the webcontrol i set the register-options per writing the javascript code. i didn''t manage to use the register-methode. i have no idea if i did this right but the ashx-file can be found. i also set the tag, to mark the needed functions as ajaxmethods. on the website the control is embedded i set everything in the web.config. now my questions: is it possible? i think so but i couldn't follow the sample of the webcontrol. is there any documentation? i think there information from the webcontrol is forwarded to the page, but i only want to use ajax in the control. so what have i to do in: 1. the webpage i put the control in - set web.config. different for control? 2. the control with the ajax-functions - mark functions - register ajax (- render the javascript which uses the ajax-function to the webpage - should work) Thanks for your help, i really need to solve this.
