Yes, i've been using all the latest releases for the last month or so and have seen this problem occur with each one. This problem occurs on my local development system using IIS 5 and Windows XP. When uploaded to my server the same problem will occur (IIS 6.0 + Windows 2003)
I'm going to make a test page on my site shortly which will only do a callback loop and count how many successfull callbacks there are before failing.
