Hi,

I'm using a mix of both ways, inline code an external files. Have a
look at the example at
http://munich.schwarz-interactive.de/feedback.aspx. There I have an
external file scripts/feedback.js which contains something like a
class. In the html source I add following line:

<script type="text/javascript">
var f = new formFeedback(document.forms[0], $("d_Message"));
</script>

On the server-side code this will be done with <%= ClientID %>. So, a
mix of both is working perfect.

Regards,
Michael
