I'm using actors to perform single tasks.

I have 2 obvious methods by which I can start them off

I can pass the instructions into the constructor and then have them start
their stuff in preStart

Alternatively I can start them off in an idle "state" (become idle) and
send them the instructions in a message

I've found myself employing both but there's really no obvious reason to
choose between them that I can see. Is there any specific Akka reason to
select one over the other?
