Hi All, I'm using v2.3.4 of akka and akka-cluster and I'm seeing a wierd issue. The akka cluster MemberUp message seems to take a few minutes to arrive when I restart my service. Note that I am able to send messages to the remote actor from a client well before the MemberUp message arrives. Any idea why the MemberUp message takes so long to arrive.
