Hello everyone,

Just out of curiosity, has anyone encountered a situation where a grid
thread is interrupted. Does it finish executing on a different node? I
can't seem to find any information about this.

In more detail...
Say that you have a Manager set up with 2 Executors. Both Executors are set
to run in dedicated mode as a windows service. A user then submits a single
GThread, which the Manager distributes to Executor1 to run. Executor1
starts to run the thread, but before it can complete, someone on Executor1
attempts to stop the Alchemi Executor Service.

What happens now?
a) Executor1 immediately stops, and the thread is never completed?
b) Executor1 waits until the thread is finished to stop the service?
c) Executor1 immediately stops, alerts the Manager that it cannot complete
the thread, and the Manager sends the thread to Executor2?
d) Any other options?

I'm hoping that someone can tell me that it's not a). b) would be ok, and
c) would be much better.

Thanks for any help in this matter,
-Matt
