I'm actually still using 1.0.5 on my grid (~24 executors). 1.0.6 has had a
few problems, so I went back to 1.0.5 for stability. We're still working on
getting all the kinks worked out with 1.0.6.

If I remember correctly (there was a discussion about this on the list a
few months ago), I think you just need to add a line to your
Alchemi.Executor.config.xml that has
<NumberOfCpu>4</NumberOfCpu>
Let me know if that doesn't work and I'll try to dig into the code to see
what's going on there.
