Communication is done using .NET remoting and binary serialization.
Previously Alchemi supported the option to use XML serialization but it was
incredibly slow and removed from the codebase.
Owner (custom aplication using Alchemi.Core or alchemi_jsub.exe) <-->
Manager is .NET remoting
Executor <--> Manager is .NET remoting
If you need to use an XML interface, you can install the Cross Platform
Manager (XPmanager) on the Manager computer that provides an XML interface
for submitting jobs. I think that the documentation on this is either
scarce or out of date, so your best bet is to look at the code to see how it
works.
