information to work from, making it not worth our time.

Which assembly is not found?
Give us some more information about what exactly you are doing to reproduce
the error.
What errors show up in the log files?

Also, no, I don't think that upgrading the Visual Studio projects has
anything to do with it.  That is, unless version 0.8 is _so old_ that it
still uses the .NET framework 1.1 instead of 2.0.
